Get started with SMART Subscriptions

Set up SMART Subscriptions: activate the widget, create a plan, customize the widget, enable Management, then activate Emails.

Setup

Subscription plans

Create SMART Subscriptions plans: frequency, pay as you go or in advance, discounts, min and max payments, products, and hidden payment methods.

Subscription widget

Add and customize the SMART Subscriptions Widget theme app block: hide one-time, select subscription by default, texts, colors, spacing, CSS, translations.

Subscription management

Enable SMART Subscriptions Management: customer-account page, thank-you card, and order action button. See what customers can do in the portal.

Emails

Edit and activate SMART Subscriptions email templates. Templates stay inactive until you activate them.

Settings

Configure SMART Subscriptions payment and inventory failure retries: attempts, wait days, and final Cancel, Pause, or Skip actions.

Widget not showing
